Pros: Nice plugs for audio and video all made out of metal/Aluminium - it looks like the material from X-Stand, USB plug to charge device while watching a movie. Long high quality cable. Reasonable price. High quality both on 21"CRT and 42" HDTV

Cons: USB cable is for charging only so no syncing with iTunes is possible.

Overall: Must have for everyone :)
